A very comfortable apartment in a quite area, even if the centre of the village, called Vallecchia, is just 3 minutes’ walk. In just few minutes’ drive you also reach the centre of the renowed city of Art Pietrasanta, as the beach is 6 km. far away. Reserved parking for one car, private garden with grill, pizza wooden oven and sun chairs. Terrace equipped with table and chairs for dinners “al fresco” with sea view. The apartment itself is approx. 120 sm. In ten steps you reach from the terrace and from the garden the living room and the kitchen which are open plan, furnished with table and chairs for up to 8- people, a comfortable sofa in front of digital TV and a classic Tuscan kitchen with a 4 ring stove and fridge freezer. A dishwasher is the only missing item.

The property is found 40 minutes’ drive north of Pisa airport straight up the motorway along the coast. It takes just 3 minutes to walk down into the next village, called Vallecchia, where, around the old parish church, you have easy access to local amenities such as 2 food shops, one of which is organic, a coffee bar, a restaurant and a delicious and cheap take-away Pizzeria.. There is a weekly market at the church every Friday morning too.

The city centre of Pietrasanta with its stunning cathedral is just 2 km away. Between the coast and the Apuan Alps Pietrasanta has been the home for many marble carving studios since Michelangelo began quarrying marble on the nearby Monte Altissimo in the sixteenth century. Loved by the sculptors Henry Moore, Mitoraj, Nogouchi and Botero, today this charming, medieval town whose walls date back to 1255 is a renowned international centre for artists working in marble and bronze. The city boasts many excellent restaurants and boutiques off the square and characteristic cafe-bars around the square. Antique Market: first Sunday in every month by the cathedral. A local market : every Thursday am near the town hall where there is the famous warrior sculpture of Botero.

Forte Dei Marmi is loved by tourists from all over the world who spend their holidays in magnificent villas surrounded by luxuriant vegetation, enjoying the sun and the shopping in the several designer boutiques. The weekly market held on Wednesdays in the town centre is famous all over Italy for quality and fair price.

It is well known for its fine sandy beaches covering over 20 Km.
