This beautiful, elegant, semi-dertached and new house is located just few steps from Via Versilia, the pedestrian shopping street, where you have easy access to all local amenities and shopping facilities. Even the fine, sandy beach is just 200 m. far away from the house, so that you can really forget your car and move just on foot. The private garden is approx. 600 sm. and it is completely fenced. The fine furniture gives this house of approx. 200 sm.an air of warm and refined elegance, with the classic features of a typical Tuscan house, spacious, comfortable and bright rooms.
The living room and kitchen are open plan with is a covered porch overlooking the garden, furnished with table and chairs for alfresco dining (up to 8-10 people). It has a comfortable sofa, two armchairs and a hand-painted wooden table with chairs for up to 8-10 people one end and a modern kitchen with dishwasher and fridge freezer. There is a digital television too. The kitchen has got a direct way to the garden behind the house, furnished with grill, 2 sun beds and 3 loungers. Here is also found a laundry room with washing machine.
On the mezzanine floor there is a bathroom with loo, bidet, sink and shower and a twin bedroom.
First floor: two double bedrooms, one of which with en suite bathroom with shower and balcony, and the other one with its private complete bathroom with shower nearby on the corridor.
Mansard: a large double bedroom and its private complete bathroom with shower. All bedrooms are furnished with ventilators, as the one in the mansard has got air conditioning.
The Versilia is a small region located in northern Tuscany, whose name derives from the river Versilia, which flows from the Apuan Alps until the sea, through the municipal districts of Stazzema, Seravezza, Forte Dei Marmi and Pietrasanta. It is well known for its fine sandy beaches covering over 20 Km. Loved by the sculptors Henry Moore, Mitoraj, Botero and many more, the charming, medieval town of Pietrasanta is a renowned international centre for artists working in marble and bronze. Around the Cathedral square there are several coffee-houses and restaurants, where you can taste the local cuisine. Forte Dei Marmi is loved by tourists from all over the world who spend their holidays in magnificent villas surrounded by luxuriant vegetation, enjoying the sun and the shopping in the several designer boutiques. The weekly market held on Wednesdays in the town centre is famous all over Italy for quality and fair price. Florence 100 km. Pisa 40 km. Lucca 28 km. Le Cinque Terre 45 km.
Marina di Pietrasanta, hamlet Tonfano, where the house is found ist the district at the sea of the medieval town of Pietrasanta. The city centre of Pietrasanta with its stunning cathedral is just 2 km away. Between the coast and the Apuan Alps Pietrasanta has been the home for many marble carving studios since Michelangelo began quarrying marble on the nearby Monte Altissimo in the sixteenth century. Loved by the sculptors Henry Moore, Mitoraj, Nogouchi and Botero, today this charming, medieval town whose walls date back to 1255 is a renowned international centre for artists working in marble and bronze. The city boasts many excellent restaurants and boutiques off the square and characteristic cafe-bars around the square. Antique Market: first Sunday in every month by the cathedral. A local market : every Thursday am near the town hall where there is the famous warrior sculpture of Botero.
